Our molding presses start from 50 tons. Our platens range from 12"x12" to 36"x36". We are capable of using chemical and mechanical bonds withrubber-to-metal bonding. In some aerospace applications, we bond Teflon to silicone and/or impregnate the silicone with Dacron fabric. Our injection press allow us to produce high volume rubber components for many automotive customers. We can liquid cast ether and ester based urethanes for your abrasion resistant applications.
