A rigid system of quality assurance governs all operations at Mechanical Rubber. This system is approved under U.S. Government Specification Mil-I-45208 and based on ISO 9002 policies and procedures. Product dimension tolerances are based on Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) handbook for molded, cast, extruded, lathe cut and cellular products. The sheet rubber handbook is used for gasket and packaging materials. Sampling is performed in accordance with ANSI/ASQCZI.4-1993. Mil-STD-I05 Government source inspection available. Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) available for ISO9000, AS9000, and QS9000 customers.
